What our Happy Clients reviewed about Us
Posted on Tim O'FlynnSeptember 28, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’d highly recommend Enda, I went to him initially for a running injury that I picked up a month before a Hyrox race. He devised a recovery and training plan which allowed me to both heal the injury while still running to keep up my fitness for the Hyrox race. Enda subsequently devised a training plan for me for my first Half Marathon. I’m injury prone in general but Enda was able to work with me and adapt things as needed to deal with any niggling injuries picked up over the time leading up to the Half Marathon. Enda is a runner himself and it shows! On the day I got a much better time than I was anticipating thanks to the really solid training plan!Posted on Mark FortuneAugust 29, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Started going to Enda K at the start of March to try and get back running after suffering with pretty bad shin splints. Had gone to one or two physio's previously with no joy. The difference with Enda is that he programmed running into rehab, with controlled times/distances and after assessing my running form and adding a different approach to cadence and strength work, Im back running pain free. Have since completed a sub 45 min 10k and a sub 1.45 half marathon from not being able to run essentially all of 2024. Cant recommend Enda enough.Posted on MartinJuly 30, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t speak highly enough of Enda at Premier Physiotherapy and the physio and running coaching that I received in the run up to the Boston Marathon in April. Qualifying for Boston had been a goal for many years and having finished the Dublin Marathon last October, I was diagnosed with a hip injury that put my participation in doubt. This was clearly devastating after all the work I had put in to qualify. I had an initial consultation with Enda in December where he devised a plan that aimed to treat the injury while building fitness so that I could race Boston and achieve my goal time. This involved strengthening the muscles around the joint and then increasing the running volume steadily over a number of months. As the hip gradually improved, he incorporated some more intense workouts along with some marathon specific work. With Enda’s guidance, by April, the injury had improved and I was fit enough to race in Boston. Enda is a runner himself so understands runners and knows that sometimes they need protecting from themselves! For anyone that is rehabbing an injury or who needs specialist running coaching to improve their performances , I would highly recommend Enda at Premier Physiotherapy.Posted on Jennie fairJuly 20, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I first went to Enda last September with a hip injury during my Dublin Marathon training. Enda quickly diagnosed as tendonitis bursitis and thanks to his effective rehab plan, I managed to take part in the marathon. I was keen to improve and have a structured training plan so I decided to stay with Enda as my running coach. My paces have improved massively. In April 2025, to my surprise I won the Ladies Connemarathon, having never placed in a race before! I also got a PB in the Dublin Half Marathon as well! Enda is amazing, he gives brilliant individualised training plans and ensures that I am doing strength with it. In addition to our sessions, he is always available to answer any questions by email. I am really enjoying my training and the progress I have made. Thanks Enda!Posted on John DunlopJuly 15, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thoroughly enjoyed Susanna's Tuesday morning class, Pilates for Beginners, great to be classified as a beginner, despite the early 60's. Susanna was a pleasure to work with, always considerate, displaying great experience and knowledge. Highly recommended if anyone is thinking of starting - thanks Susanna.Posted on John MooreJuly 11, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just started Susanna’s Pilates class after week one could feel such an improvement. Susanna is very professional and works at everyone’s ability. Small class size is ideal. Highly recommend Thank you Susanna Eileen 👍🏻Posted on Denise WhelanJuly 8, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After a car cash and I was in a lot of pain.
