Frequently Asked Questions

01: CAN I CLAIM BACK ON HEALTH INSURANCE?

Yes, most health insurance policies allow you to claim back at least a portion of your Physiotherapy costs.  Please contact your insurance company to confirm if it is part of your policy.

Irish Life customers with Back and Neck Pain may be eligible for up to 6 Physiotherapy sessions under the Irish Life Back Up Plan.  Contact the clinic or see link below:

You can pay by cash or card at the clinic.

Preferably comfortable clothing i.e., shorts, t-shirt, runners. We provide shorts when needed. If you have any X-rays or MRI results relating to your injury you can bring these, they are not necessary to provide appropriate treatment.

We liaise daily with GPs, Specialist Consultants and Surgeons. If we feel that specialist opinion is required, we will discuss this with you and seek your permission to facilitate a referral.

This depends on the type and severity of the injury.  Your physiotherapist will be able to give you an estimated number of sessions with a timeframe required.  Healing times are based on many variables and how you respond to intervention.
